Ordering:

  1. What is the minimum amount for an online order?

    There is no minimum order.


  2. When do online orders get processed?

    Online orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days.


  3. What is the minimum amount for a phone order?

    There is no minimum order.


  4. How will I be able to track my order?

    Within 2-3 business days of placing an order you will receive conformation via email an appropriate tracking number and expected delivery date for your order.

    (Ex. Submitted order Friday, should ship following Wednesday.)

  5. Can I add items to an existing order?

    You may not add to an existing order. You must place a separate order.


  6. When can I pick up my order?

    Pick up orders can not be placed online. If you would like to place a pick up order please call 800-528-5599.


  7. What are international methods of payment?

    Order must be pre-paid with Pay Pal, Western Union or wire transfer.


  8. Will I be charged tax?

    There is a 6.25% shipping tax for all orders shipping to Massachusetts and all pick up orders. We charge 7% state tax and shipping tax on all orders shipping to Rhode Island.


  9. When can I receive an invoice for my order?

    Once the order is invoiced you may contact customer service and a copy can be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.

    For destinations not included on the shipping map in the Shipping Times section, please call customer service for delivery and freight estimates.

    On-line orders are UPS Ground shipping only. Any express orders must be placed over the phone or emailed to

  12. What will be the shipping cost of my order?

    For All ordering methods: Online, Fax, Mail, Phone
    All orders are shipped FOB from our Cumberland, RI warehouse. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges. Shipping charges are billed at actual. The following guidelines provide approximate shipping charges:

    Minimum Shipping Charge is approximately $10.00

    Approximate charge is 20% - 25% of order amount, but Freight charges are based on package weight and destination.

    For approximate scheduled delivery of your order, please refer to our shipping map. For destinations not included on the map please call customer service for delivery and freight quotes.

    On-line orders are UPS Ground shipping only. Any express orders must be placed over the phone.

    If a product is out of stock, the item(s) will be noted on your packing slip with your shipped products

  13. Is rush delivery available?

    Orders placed on-line are not available for rush delivery. For rush delivery you must phone in your order or emailed to


  14. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

    We do not accept P.O. Boxes as valid shipping addresses.


  15. I live overseas, how can I order products and do you ship internationally?

    We ship our products almost anywhere in the world. The actual cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the boxes in your order.

    You can visit our web page and select the items you want.
    Then select the shopping cart and copy and paste it into an email or an MS Word document.
    Email a copy of the cart to and customer service will reply with your total amount including shipping.

    Customers from overseas transfer money into our bank account and pre-pay the order before shipping. We also will accept PayPal funds to pre-pay from overseas as well.

    Please include a complete shipping address with contact information.

    Any duties, taxes or fees assessed on this order by customs or any other governmental agency of the recipient's country are solely the responsibility of the recipient.

  16. Can I have multiple shipping addresses in my online account?

    Yes. In your account you may set up multiple shipping addresses for your orders to be shipped to.

  18. How can I get more information on an item?

  19. What is a gross (GR)?

    A gross = 144 pieces.


  20. What does (TU) mean?

    TU = Tube.


  21. How do I order Licensed items?

    Licensed items are for amusement sale only. If you have any questions on ordering licensed items please call customer service at 800-528-5599.

  23. How can I request the use of Rhode Island Novelty Images?

    If you would like to request images and you have a sales rep, please issue the request through them. If you do not have a sales rep please email your request to info@rinovelty.com, where it will be reviewed for approval.


  24. Can I view my order history?

    You can view your order history for any orders that you have placed with us online.


  25. What is the difference in setting up a retail account compared to a wholesale account?

    If you set up a retail account you will be able to purchase items in minimum quantities only. If you set up a wholesale account you will be able to purchase items in half case and case quantities only. If you feel you have choosen the wrong account please email


  26. How can I get a new password if I lost mine?

    Under the My Account tab there is a Lost Password link, you will then be prompted to enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.


  27. I requested a new password , but haven't received one in my email.

    Check all of your junk and spam emails. If you have received any emails from Rhode Island Novelty in these folders please add us to your safe sender list. If you still have not received your password, please email


  28. I have a new email address for my account, how do I change this?

    Please email and we will update the email/user name on your account.


  29. How do I request NET terms?

    If you are new customer please download our Credit Application. If you are an existing Rhode Island Novelty customer and have terms please email and we will update your online account.
